Lara Bianca Pilcher is an Australian TEDx speaker, author, actor, arts educator, and ICF Professional Certified Coach who helps artists reclaim their creative identity in a world that is loud, crowded, and constantly asking them to prove themselves.

She is the traditionally published author of Audacious Artistry: Reclaim Your Creative Identity and Thrive in a Saturated World, a book for artists who are tired of shrinking, second-guessing themselves, or quietly disappearing from the work they were made to do.

With 30 years of experience across the arts, Lara has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States as a performer, arts educator, coach, speaker, and creative leader. She trained at Arts Educational Schools London and holds a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre Creative Practice.

Her work explores creative identity, courage, visibility, comparison, burnout, purpose, and what it takes to keep creating when the industry feels saturated and the opportunities feel scarce.

Lara is known for being honest, practical, funny, and deeply encouraging. She does not teach artists how to become louder versions of everyone else. She helps them become more fully themselves.
